According to Recipes.Sparkpeople.com, by substituting Light Cream of Mushroom Soup and Light Mayonnaise and eleminating the black olives, the calorie count per serving goes from 276.7 calories per serving to 223.3. Fat is reduced from 11.5 g to 5.4 g. Sodium is reduced from 424.9 mg to 205.5 mg. Saturated fat is reduced from1.6 g to 0.8 g. A significant bottom line change!
